busTRACE 10.0 insulates you from the complexity of building and sending your own CDB to a storage device. Using our easy-to-use interface, you simply select the device you want to submit a CDB, find the CDB you are interested in sending, and then analyze the results. You can choose from our large list of predefined CDBs, or you can build and send your own user defined CDB.
busTRACE 10.0 uses SCSI Pass Through IOCTLs to communicate with your PC's storage devices. These include your CD/DVD/BD devices, HDDs, SSDs, tape drives, jukeboxes, flash drives, optical drives, and more. No kernel driver is required or used by busTRACE in order to communicate with your CDB capable devices.
Our CDB decoding engine will graphically decode for you exactly what is sent to the device and what is returned from the device. No more having to search the device specifications for what the data indicates.
You can save the results of the command execution to a busTRACE capture file. This allows you to share the results with other users of busTRACE 10.0. Alternatively, you can simply copy the decoded CDB image to the clipboard or save it to a BMP, PNG, TIFF, or JPG file. |
