When an I/O fails, an error indicator will appear next to the I/O in the I/O Capture List. You can see such an error indicator in I/O #1593 in the screenshot below. Simply click on the I/O and detailed error analysis will appear in the "Error Analysis" page directly below.

In this screenshot, the Test Unit Ready CDB failed because the device returned back a check condition of 02 3A 00 (Medium not present). If you want to view a detailed decoding of the sense data, simply click on the "Sense Analysis" toolbar button directly above the error analysis.

The results in this window will vary depending on whether you're capturing storage class I/O activity or low-level USB requests.
