We update busTRACE 7.0 approximately once every 1-2 months. We do this to ensure that our customers always have the latest analysis features available to them. We also regularly update our CDB decoding database engine to ensure that we decode the latest commands as defined by MMC, SPC, SBC, SSC, Mt. Fuji, and others.

In addition to decoding the latest device commands, we also add new features as appropriate, add new OS support if needed, and fix any bugs that come up. We always document all changes made in our busTRACE 7.0 change log.

busTRACE 7.0 makes it easy for you to ensure that you always have the latest version of busTRACE 7.0 available to you. You can use either the built-in auto-updater, or manually download the latest installer.

busTRACE Internet Auto-Updater

Included with busTRACE 7.0 is a built-in auto-updater. As long as your busTRACE subscription is active, you can use our built-in Wizard to check the Internet and automatically download any updates that may be available. busTRACE will automatically prompt you after your initial installation, as well as monthly, to let it check the Internet for updates. This is an easy way to ensure that you always have the latest version of busTRACE.

Manually downloading busTRACE 7.0

If your system does not have an Internet connection, or if you just prefer to always have the latest product stored on your busTRACE Flash Drive, you can always download the latest version of busTRACE 7.0 from our Products Updates page.

This is not a patch download that you need to run after you install busTRACE 7.0. Instead, we provide you the full installer that you can download and place onto your busTRACE Flash Drive for easy access.
